We needed to relocate because of an unplanned job change. We contacted WildBlue early and often trying to get them to verify that they could provide satilite service at our now location. They never could verify service availablity, and we had a schedule that we had to meet for the move, so we moved. Now 7 months later they have turned us over to collections with no phone calls, or letters attempting to resolve the issues. All they want is for us to send them more money. Their telephone technicians haven't even been able to sort out the mess that they made of the account to provide us with consistant information from one phone call to the next.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from WildBlue. Do everyone you know a favor and tell them to stay far away from WildBLue.
