Wilkins Penn Joint Water Authority Held hostage by h20 co,they will not even consider a possibility of a mistake,or prove with paperwork Wilkinsburg Pennsylvania

 In March 2013 we recieved a water bill for a duplex rental property for over $3800.00 , the usual is under 200.00 dollars.  When we called , my husband met a meter reader at the location and neither could find any evidence of a leak,no water anywhere.  When I called to see a copy of the read report and supposedly subsequent reads because it was abnormal, I was told they could not give me any copies of work orders or results.  We did finally find a source, which made no noise and would not indicate to anyone what was happening unless you were looking for it.  They said they don't make mistakes like that, and we were liable and they would shut it off.  We did make a payment agreement to keep our tenents so we could pay it, and our mortgages.  They would not consider an abatement or any assistance.  We heve since made payments and also on our othe accts, they have consistantly made mistakes in applying payments to the wrong acct.  at least 4 or 5 times.   This payment plan has caused a great financial hardship, we have not been able to keep up with the mortgage paYMENTS AND ARE THREATENED BY FORECLOSURE MONTHLY. unrelated we have 2 gravely ill parents one here in PA and one in RI which this has made extremely more stressful!!!  The are not caring or humane, they just want the money!!!!
