Firstly mps and members of the public , trust me 1000s are reading this story , there has been a lot of foul play in this case , after all brear that being phil brear was ex chief constable of west yorkshire , hence why ive been bullied , i want to show yous folk out there that without doubt william hills online are run by greedy corrupted gangstas in matt green and protected by the gibraltar gambling regulator lets face it they do not have to walk by me every morning and say hello but in gibraltar nothing is more than a mile apart  so why take the side of joe bloggs 2000 miles , be rest assured mr brear was sworn in and no doubt swore allegiance to her majesty to be honest and trusted he must have been laughing under his breath , strong words from me ? of course , vbut im accurate and now im going to prove without doubt that phil brear protects the gaming operators , firstly lets read matt greens emails from william hills , i write to green and tell him the casino history { once again} is inaccurate , ie corrupted heres greens email to me

The reason for the difference in times shown between the game logs and the main account information which I have sent to you, as has been previously explained to you, is that the main account (the screen shot with the white background) is registered in GMT however the casino game sessions are logged in GMT+1.
 
As you will clearly see by looking at the transfers to the Casino on these days the time is the same accounting for this difference.
 
As we have now covered all detail in this regard, should you wish to raise further complaint or comment with our business, then please do so in writing via your legal advisor as we are not willing to entertain further discussion with you on this matter as have fully explained our position.

so far folks this will mean nothing to you  now let me point out 2 screenshots . lets call them photos , as not to confuse things  the grey photo is the recent casino history sent by matt green of william hills i complain that the data is frauded and doesnt match , he says as you can see thats because its gmt+1  ok mr green let me prove your still a crook  and protected by a bigger crook , keeping in mind folks i would gladly do any interview with the police to prove this , but im begining to think some mps are in on this FANTASTIC  scam also .. now lets look at the pics

 dear readers the white screenshot is from data sent by hills under data protection laws , william hills are refusing to show the results of this data , they cant because it never happened completly robbed, in order to clear this little matter up you would think they would show the customer his own result data were he lost £10000s  nope not hills they cant produce

 william hills refusing to show data, yes folks innocent online customer of 4yrs , yes folks what became a dispute has now became a fraud , you know and i know its not about £10k its about who stood by the decisions hills made who overseen the argument , who viewed the evidence , william hills are stateing in order to see MY OWN casino results ive to find a solicitor , we have the gambling commissionaire who without doubt is on the take and corrupted calling my theory fantasy , so why is he refusing to look /view/ that the times are out on the data william hills have submitteed to date ? why is the the gambling commissionaire denying he opens his mail and my mail goes to his junk folder ? but i get a automated reply from him

FOLKS , on an email ive submitted on ripoff as you can see from mr phil brear ex assistant chief constable of west yorkshire police now gambling commissionaire based in gibraltar less than 200 yards from william hills , he clearly states my emails go straight into his junk mail folder and doesnt read them , TOSH, so why have i been sent a receipt for an email ive sent him today , the fact in the matter is , mr brear has defended william hills on this case of fraud and he should not have and he now refuses to look at the solid proof that data on almost 30 occassions has been corrupted ,

the blue pic is a screenshot of some of my wins and spins data that william hills did not know i had i took before they robbed me and closed my account , so having been locked out my account they made it as difficult as possible and time consuming for me to obtain data through there data protection laws ,, so you can clearly see mr brear states im wasting my time by emailing him as its straight to junk , but junk folder mail doesnt give to an automated reply ,, so heres my email today to mr brear and his reply

this is it, so ive asked william hills to show me my data , ive put it to the gambling regulator , ive wrote to gibraltar , im at my wits end , they have under the nose of the corrupted gambling regulator , {arrest me if im wrong} , you read ripoffreport mr brear , as you stated in a past couple of emails infact you even state you will post yourself to discriminate me , youve made threats like go away or i'll get my mates to you { the police } as you were one yourself ,

folks youve read hills and brear's emails to me , GET AN EXPENSIVE SOLICITOR TO SEE YOUR OWN DATA , 

folks this is what they greedy bxxxxxxs do to folk , 4yrs a customer to hills and they treat me like this . but here it is , a document that seals this fiasco once and for all , this next document im submitting is enough to have these crooks in cuffs ex cop or no ex cop we cant be allowing this , mps are you reading ?

ok look closely at the document , firstly i dont have the funds to gamble like this , as you can see im supposed to have done a 2k wager at 22.36.57 hrs , folks the full table limit for years was only 300 , hills have recently upped this to fit the fraud as i put this to them a few months ago, ive asked william hills time and time again to produce this casino history ,in the history form as the blue screenshot ive uploaded , but hills have said go get a solicitor , its the fraud squad that should be involved here , YOU CANT LAY 2K ON A TABLE WERE THE LIMIT IS 300. ive asked william hills for an explanation time and time again , they reply once every 6 months , causing total stress , they ignore me the customer of 4yrs , they tell me to get a solicitor , this data in this document is fabricated , william hills and there buddy phil brear are total masters at discriminating folk , discrediting is there game , well im affraid if you cant show me the data to end this saga , well it didnt happen did it ? this is not sour grapes ,this is a true account of fraud , fraud that the protected rich do to the poor more or less saying your getting nothing piss off ,,i ask folks please look at the next document , the only true part of it that matches is the deposit for 1800 at 23,26 hrs were i deposit a quickcash voucher i cant get cashed , it was nothing but a worthless piece of paper with a figure on it , quickcash has now been re-named to cash direct , i ask folk not for me but throw your weight behind these horror stories or it will just continue

hi folks so i write { again } to phil brear the gambling regulator , keeping in mind folks hes 2000 miles from me and less than 300 yards from my oppressor , he doesnt have to share bars and say good morning to me , so i show phil brear once again that william hills { matt green } has clearly tampered with my data as you can see in the the pics the blue pic is a photo of my data i took , and the white greyish pic has recently been sent to me by william hills , this data is clearly corrupted remember folks if you read the bully phil brears emails to me you can clearly see he slanders me and calls it fantasy  , so heres my email to mr brear for what its worth

So here we have matt green the fraudstar of william hills asking me not to put this data online or show anyone, for sure he doesnt want me to show the fraud , is there a hint in this email below that im doctoring this data ? i hope not  folks while i was writing to gibraltar data protection of gibraltar to enforce MY DATA out of william hills , i secretly wrote to mastercard and talk talk communications to get true debit card deposits and true call duration time and date data while waiting for hills to send the data i requested
when hills data arrived i matched it with true UK  data , nothing matched , example calls were to short by minutes , vital calls , and corrupted phill brear the gambling regulator made excuse after excuse for hills after all he doesnt have to pass me every morning saying hello as im joe bloggs 2000 miles away , so please look at this email from matt green , he clearly states for the very first time in 18 months >>>>> that whilst we consent to you discussing this data with your

SO YOUVE LOOKED AT THE PICS / SCREENSHOTS

HI FOLKS  so youve looked at the pics do you notice anything wrong ? let me explain both pics have the same results according to the unique reference numbers on the right hand side , take a look at the spin being a result we have a spin with unique ref number ending in 22232   you notice in the grey pic that the spin result was 29 black the same as the blue pic but both spins have different times grey pic 22.18.45 secs, blue pic same result but 22.18.40 secs , this is what you call corrupted data , now lets look at matt green from william hills excuse once again

Dear Mr FXXXXXXr
I and my colleagues have previously explained to you that yours is not the only complaint we have to deal with, and that complaints must be submitted in a coherent and sensible form if we are to investigate them. Unfortunately you have chosen to make your complaints by way of many hundreds of incoherent and often insensible emails, submitted to this office and to a wide range of other parties.  This has made any attempt to deal with your issues extremely difficult and time consuming.  We cannot abandon all other work in order to deal with your case.  Moreover, our previous investigations have found that the main elements of your complaints, ie the management of your withdrawal requests and the timing and content of your telephone calls and records, were misconceived and unfounded, and Hills staff had acted in a proper and fully accountable way.  Notwithstanding that this was properly and fully explained to you, you declined to accept our conclusions and you have continued to repeat your allegations to us and in other internet forums.  You also initiated a campaign against Hills and one of its managers as well as posting false, incomplete and defamatory remarks on the internet.  In parallel, you had to be advised that we would not enter into any further correspondence with you unless you provided new and different material for us to consider.  You were also advised to obtain free or funded legal advice. You have gone on to make further allegations.  You do not appear to have obtained legal advice.   

The first of your further allegations related to certain screenshots you provided.  You stated (again) that Hills has conspired against you and falsified computer records as shown in the screenshots.  A simple analysis of the games you provided shows that once again you were mistaken.  The discrepancies you allege are not discrepancies, they are the proper records of two different activities; one is a record of all spins, the other is a record of bets against only selected spins.  This has been explained to you.  You initially declined to accept this explanation but more recently you have stopped making this claim and moved into a different area. You now allege that Hills have falsified records about the time you were online and what was occurring at the times you were online or offline. Once again we have obtained various data sets data from Hills which amount to a full and comprehensive record of when you were logged in and when you made certain balance transfers/deposits, withdrawals etc. Much of this material has always been available to you by way of your account records or customer services.  The records I have also show the IP address and the machine code for your transactions: ie they are complete and very detailed. They show that you were logged in at the time you refer to (20.22 to 20.29 on 14th October 2011) and that during that period you did make certain transactions (see attached).  The nature of such financial and computer records does, however, create endless opportunities for additional questions and clarifications. 

I am not prepared to enter into more dialogue with you on this detail because the material point is that you were online and you did knowingly gamble, win and lose money, and your requests to customer service were dealt with fairly and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Hills and Quickcash.  You have no grounds to complain. I have to advise you that there is no legal obligation on this department to continually revisit and re-investigate matters of no real significance, especially when it appears they are being made by a person who here and elsewhere is acting maliciously and irrationally and for no purpose, and I do not intend to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, I have confirmed that your allegation that the Roulette Pro game result table being different from the spin result table is an entirely normal feature of the game and you have no grounds to complain about the display you have provided to me and various other parties.  I have and can re-create the different tables in a matter of seconds.  There is no evidence of corruption in the material you have provided.  With regard to the time you were playing the games, you have been irrational and unreasonable in virtually all of your previous correspondence and I do not propose to have this further allegation investigated any further, save to say that it is not unusual for game displays to be in the time of the main server in Gibraltar, whilst the computer clock and any other clock may be in a different time zone; additionally, emails and other communications, including telephone records or bank statements can be in either or a different time zone again.  Again, there is no evidence of corrupt or otherwise inappropriate practices by William Hill or its staff. As has been pointed out to you previously, the notion that William Hill staff would conspire against you to create a situation whereby you would lose your winnings, and would then falsify electronic records, is PURE FANTASY.   As I have said, if you continue to write in the way you have, then we will make a complaint about your behaviour to Strathclyde Police. DEAR MR FARQUHAR            RE : COMPLAINT AGAINST WILLIAM HILL - FINAL DECISION
I  have now completed my assessment of your complaint i have most recently examined your complaint that william hill had edited the recordings of your telephone call of 14 october 2011 at20.23 . you provided us with an extract from your telephone records showing a call that you you made to william hill on 2 june 2011 starting at 21.13 and ending at 21.39 ( call duration of 1552 seconds ). you compare and contrast this entry in your records to the recordings of the call that william hill provided you . at your request, a recording that is 6 minutes and 44 seconds long . you present this as evidencethat william hill edit recordings of telephone calls . we contacted william hill for an explanation of the appartent discrepancy between your records and theirs .

William hill management have explained that when they researched your customer record they did not know the length of the telephone call they were looking for . when they found the call you have been provided with they believed that was the full record of your contact with them on this particular occasion . anyone listening to the call would fairly conclude that it is a complete and coherent phone call. due to the information you have since provided they have further researched their call database and have found two further conversations you had with their staff immediately befrore the recording you have already been given . i am now providingyou with a CD with the recordings of these two conversations

I will say again at this point that your complaint has been especially difficult to assess because you provided over 150 emails, most of which were totaly unjustified and simply complicated any ability to actually understand the details of your complaint . as a consequence . it is no surprise that william hill staff and ourselfs were not able to establish that you spoke to three agents on the occasion you were referring to .

we have now listened to these two additional conversations and taken in to account the contents . the handover and the waiting time. i can advise you that there is no evidence that your call and conversations have been tampered with . it is a straightforward case of you not coherently or sensibly explaining your communications in the first instance and as a consequence people reasonably assuming they had found your call .  

We are also satisfied that the agents passed you to colleagues in different departments and different countries . for good reason ; this was to assist your non standard request

Thank you, again, for your contact.
Due to the aggressive stance you have taken and as you have escalated your complaint to our regulator, we are now taking further advice with regards your claims and as such will be in touch by Wednesday 16th November.
Please be assured I have recordings of all your calls which will certainly enable us to come to a conclusive decision on this matter.
