William Scott Riggs Deadbeat Dad $60,000+ in back child support Plymoth Michigan

I am sad to say that I am the daughter of William Scott Riggs. I might be his child but in no way has he been a father to me. I have not seen him in ten years, nor do I care to.

However it would be nice to have the money he stole from my mother. I don't mind that he was never physically there for me. I don't mind that he was full of empty promises.

I do mind that he refuesd to aknowledge that I was his responsibility, if nothing else at least monitarily.

I want all to know that Scott Riggs is a man who would put his desire for cigarettes before a child's need. I want him to know that I have not forgotten.

Just because he is miles away does not mean that I don't exist. I don't know what this poor excuse for a man is like now. Unfortunatly all I have is the past.

If you know this man or ever come in contact with him, don't let him forget about the little girl he ran away from. I have decided to attempt to make a man out of Scott.

With the help of the court, I will take back what hehas stolen. He will be paying on it the rest of his life. Try to forget me now.
