 folks this is not sour grapes , ive made it clear i will never let william hills away with this , oct 14th 2011 approx 20.23hrs i was playing online roulette on william hills site , i used my debit card to deposit 12 payments between 100-200 , i eventually got lucky winning up to 8000, i called william hill online and asked for my winnings to be returned to my card , they said you can have a quick cash if you wait till the next day , quick cash is were you enter a william hills shop and put your voucher on the counter to be cashed , firstly SHOPS DONT HOLD 8K , earlier that day i win 1800 and was given a quick cash voucher i was pinged from shop to shop but no shop could cash it SO WHAT CHANCE WOULD I HAVE WITH 8K ?

through data protection laws i asked william hills for a copy of the call on that evening , after breaking many laws hills sent out a copy of this dialog this being the conversation between me and customer services  the call hills sent was 7 seconds shorter than what talk talk communications confirm , a clear case of call doctoring , of course they cut out the request i made for winnings to be placed back to card , and replaced it with a request for a 1500 quick cash voucher , ABSOULUTE FRAUDSTERS

so after having a long thought i remember the exact time date and call of when i made a request for 1500 which was almost 2 months before 14th oct 2012 , so i ask for this recording again through data protection after breaking many laws hills send this recording out , its 6 minutes 44 seconds in duration , so i again check this with talk talk communications  they assure me the call was 25 minutes 52 seconds  a massive 19 minutes missing ,,, ABSOULUTE FRAUDSTERS 

so i ask hills about the missing 19 minutes , hills say the 19 minutes are on 3 servers around the world as i was pinged to 3 different countries as asking for a withdrawel was unique , ASKING FOR WINNINGS IS A UNIQUE REQUEST ?  ive been with them for 4 yrs , same number ive called and paid out no problem 

so back to the missing 19 minutes i ask hills for a copy of these suppose 3 calls to make up 19 minutes ,, yes folks its true HILLS SEND ME OUT 19 MINUTES OF HOLD MUSIC , come on folks WAKEY WAKEY 

william hills are FRAUDSTERS , remember every word of the conversation on each call and my requests , its completly without doubt william hills did not and didnt pay out 

they closed my account concealing all the evidence , after many requests to let me see my account , they re-opened it , MY DATA WAS CORRUPTED AND REMOVED  it was made out that i didnt win ABSOULUTE FRAUDSTERS

but , i took screenshots of my wins , a ask through data protection of corrupt gibralter to help me by asking william hills to release the true data , hills sent out data which shows im not playing casino at that specific time ,, but i have screenshots that i am ,

so the corrupt GRA send out a letter stateing william hills have done no wrong ,,  folks  corruption and fraud is allowed in gibralter afterall phill brear sent me a letter stateing hills done no wrong ,,19 minutes missing from a call , hills data doesnt match true communications data , screenshots im playing and winning on roulette becomes deleted from my online account , but still i have the screenshots and brear and co from the corrupt GRA say hills have done no wrong 

GUYS WAKEY WAKEY , stay away from anything regulated by gibralter as for williamhills well come on folks , make your own mind up
