Windstream Comminications Bad service. Does not provide service that is paid for Cleveland Georgia

I have been with this Company for about 9 years. Recently their service has went down hill. I paid for my modem when I first took service. They have replaced two or three times. The first modems they provided worked great but they changed to a non working one that does not provide even minor service. The first time they replaced with the Sage modem I called and complained. The tech was a super nice guy he had some of the two wire modems and gave me one of those. Had no complaints with it. However it went out and they replaced with another Sage modem. Could not get on the net. Called another tech out and he just said it was working properly. I tried to update my iPad and it crashed it lost everything on the iPad. Tried to restore it through iTunes and the streaming was so slow it would not restore. I pay approximately $66 a month and supposed to have the highest speed this is just for internet.

I took the modem in and told them it would not work. Told her I had tried this type modem twice and both times it did not work and I wanted the two wire type that does work. She said we don't have those anymore. I ask her what I was suppose to do if this one did not work she said that's all we can do. 

Meantime she said they are not suppose to replace your modem without some type maintenance charge they have. I said are you telling me that is not included in the $66 a month I pay. She said no and added $10 a month to my bill. Åšo now I will be paying $76 a month for a very bad service that they claim is something that it is not. Someone should hold this Company responsible.  They act totally like they don't care. The problem is their modems that people pay a lot for and they won't admit it. I havè several other friends who are having the same problem
