We open an Account with Nuvox on 5/14/2013 the Gentlemen that signed us open was a salesman for Nuvox he came to our office making a lot of promises. We signed a 3 years agreement with Nuvox. The service was horrible to say the least the Internet is the worst and we loss service all the time. There were times when we had no phone service for 4 to 5 days straight and when you called in they were so rude. Well we had to stay with them until our contract ended.

We just moved our office in December 16, 2013 we called Windstream the company that took over Nuvox and we were told our contract has ended with Windstream on 5/14/2013 and there was no problem to disconnect our service. We went with other carrier because we have lost business having Windstream. Well Comcast hook up our Phone lines with a little problem because windstream was trying to hold our Phone numbers. We finally got our new service up and running and we went back to our old address and Winstream still had the internet on and there is no one at the address. 

So we called them and they lied to us once again like they always have.. now they told us we had to sign a Disconnect request and pay a $ 351.80 fee for early disconnection. We were never ever told d this from Windstream  until after the phone were changed to another carrier. They sent the disconnect form and it is not in the correct name it is in an Employee name not the owner of the Company.We ask them to send it to us with the Owners name and we would only agree to disconnet not the fees they were trying to get .

 We will not sign this because they have been charging us for service since December 16, 2013 until February 2014 it states they will not disconnect the service until February 09, 2014. What this company is doing is pure criminal to the American people.  If you plan on getting this Company for any of your Business servies you need to go else were they will treat you very badly and they lie to you and cheat you out of your hard earned money .. The law needs to come down on the company ASAP!!!!!
