Wireless Workshop WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I WANT MY MONEY Internet

I deposited $50 just to see how good wireless workshop was for flashing because another store owner told me about them. Well on my first and only flash the phone didnt flash properly after FOLLOWING ALL DIRECTIONS, so I never used it again and I have emailed them about refunding my $40 that i have left in my account and they are telling me sorry no refunds. There is nothing on their site saying all sales are final, and you cant keep someones money and they havent even used the product but once, you are not a bank so GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

How come i did email the sales department and i received an email from Chris stating that he wont refund my money and my Username is Cxxxxxxx407 so go look it up because i will attach the email that i received from him on here trying to make your company look all good when your holding money that doesn't belong to you!
