i ordered a smarphone (nokia lumia 920) from wireless.walmart.com on 11/23/2012 as per the order i should receive $100 gift card by 01/18/2013 but i did not received it
i called them and chat with live support regarding the same whenever i tried to contact them they asked me to wait for 14 days. i also waited for 14 days and contacted them again, i got same answer wait for another 14 days like that from 01/18/2013 to till today (5/8/2013) i have been waiting patiently. now i lost my faith in this company that is the reason i file this complaint
when i contacted on 5/6/2013 they asked me to wait for 12 hours i said i have been waiting for months and i can wait for 12 hours. after waiting for 24 hours i contacted them again on 5/7/2013. this time they ased me to wait for 24 hours i did
and today (5/8/2013) when i called them they asked me to wait for another 24 hours i said if i dont receive my $100 gift card with next 24 hours i will file a compliant to ripoffreport.com and BBB and the customer service representative noted that too
just before they called me (5/8/2013) and asking me to wait for another 14 days. i totally lost faith and i dont know what to do
