wix.com wix support... what support!! Internet

Buidling a website from scratch with wix is pretty easy and fun, but when we tried to transfer our domain name and email to wix, all hell broke loose, their support team is slack to say the least, all they ever do is reply with a link to watch one of their videos which may as well be written in hieroglyphics. They never actually take the time to help you one on one, It looks like that the free package is easy and fun,

so that they get your money to become a premuim member, once they have your money, nothing seems to work and you can never get any "real" help. If you can get the free stuff to work go with it, but be very careful if your thinking of becoming a premuim member and transferring your domain name and email to wix. This wouldn't be a bad product if they had "real" support for your problems, its been several weeks, and my website has only just gone back up and my email still isn't working.
