My only complaint was the delivery time. I understand that the owner hand crafts them herself BUT, a better practice would be to set proper expectations when someone places an order and to not charge a customer until she is ready to make their wand - it comes across as suspicious (at best) accepting money so far in advance.
Because Paypal is the method of payment, a buyer complaint would not be accepted in my particular case, as Paypal only accepts disputes made within 45 days of the purchase.
Would I purchase again? No - it wasn't worth the headache. Sorry.

Sometimes crafting takes longer than expected. These are handmade products. With only one person making them one at a time, it is hard to get everyone their wand in the time frame they want it, especially around events such as new Harry Potter movies when the request forms are stacked five inches thick. During this time I was working a fulltime job during the day and crafting wands on the weekend - but that was not enough time to keep up with the volume of orders. I have taken the risk of quiting my job to dedicate my time to fulltime wandcrafting, so orders should be filled faster in the future. There was a lot of miscommunication involved in this instance. Emails were not being received on both ends.
