We came from Arizona to visit the family, we went to trade in our 1969 Mustang for a more fuel effecient car. We picked a VW Diesal 2001, it ran good for 2 days then we went in to finalize paperwork and the VW stopped and wouldn't start right in the dealers lot they had someone look at it and told us to bad we signed the paperwork and it wasn't their responsibility we only put 50 miles on it. They suggested we find a diesal mechanic to work on it and pay for the mechanic to fix it. Then they gave us a check for difference for trade in which was 1500.00 and on the check it says for deposit only we cannot cash check they said to bad.

Do not buy any car from this group or you will get the bad end of the stick.  Things got out of hand and they slammed the door in our face.

They say you signed "paperwork"?  Did you?  Did you read what you were signing BEFORE you signed it?  Did the paperwork transfer ownership to you?  Again, did you read what you were signing?  Did the car come with a warranty or did you buy it "AS IS"?  There would have been paperwork you signed which indicated the nature of the sale and if it was sold "AS IS", that paperwork would have told you any and all repairs were on you.  If you live in Arizona, why didn't you buy a car there?
