Loaned Mr. Rutherford of Wolf Specialized $10,000.00 to get his business started back up in July, 2016.  Signed an agreement with us to repay the funds.  As of this date, not one red cent from Wolf Specialized.  He ignores any conversation that we pursue with him.  It's always one excuse after another.  We have requested that he provide paperwork showing the loads he's been paid for, he refuses.

 

To make matters worse, he has another truck that is working directly for J.B. Hunt that my son is driving for Wolf Specialized.

He also is not being paid by Wolf Specialized.  We invested in this company to help my son to continue to be employed.

To date, Mr. Rutherford continues to ignore any of our requests for payment and makes excuses that J.B. Hunt isn't paying his invoices.  If anyone has a contact with J.B. Hunt that I could speak with pertaining to why they don't pay their invoices, please let me know.  I would love to speak with them directly.  Or perhaps they have paid, but Mr. Rutherford is keeping the funds to himself?  If you happen to know Mr. Rutherford and are giving him loads to haul, I would be very conceerned.

Still Waiting for Payment

Have attempted to contact Mr. Robert Rutherford on numerous occasions requesting that he provide a valid explanation to why he is not attemtping to make any payments against the $10,000.00 we loaned him on July 21st, 2016.  He still continues

to ingnore all communication that I send to him and doesn't respond.  Ignoring a problem, doesn't make it go away!

If you are smart, you wouldn't do any business with this person, especially if it means that he will need to pay any money.
