The seller.claimed.he vehicle.at.auction had passed a.virginia state inspection. There was.not.enough time allowed.to.see that there was.no.way this vehicle.passed sucb an.inspection. The two.rear.tires.had spots worn thru to the cords. The transmission and power.steeering.units.leak. The engine leaks.oil. The brake.pads.and.rotors.on.all 4.wheels are out of spec.

This vehicle may have an inspection sticker on it but it was.granted fraudulently.
