This builder, woodside homes is fraudulent and unethical. I bought one of their properties in TX and later discovered that there was water leakage coming from the roof. I complained about it but they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the house. It was almost as if they were making me out to be crazy. I took pictures of the water stains and leakage but they'll rather ignore me and the situation cause they don't want to pay for repairs. All they care about is selling defected properties. I again called few week later and I was finally assigned to a lady named Kim in their legal department. Why they would assign me to someone in legal, beats me. Anyway, this lady came off very abrupt and stiff. I guess she thought that would get me scared of her. When I explained everything to her, she said she would look into it and call me back. That was two weeks ago. I've since called several times and left messages for her but its clear she and this builder are ignoring my calls again because they don't want to pay for what was a damaged pipeline before we closed on the house. They are unethical and dishonest and anyone looking to buy their properties should be away of who they are and how they do business.
