Woot.com Return of non-working merchandise impossible with woot.com, Internet

I ordered a CRUZ tablet (refurbishes) through woot.com. There was no packing slip and the tablet was defective. There is no information on how to return a product and without a packing slip it would be impossible to deal with CRUZ directly.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I received a Cruz 301 tablet shipped from woot.com. The browser kept crashing and there was no information on returning the tablet and no packing slip was included.
After considerable searching I found a small sheet of paper that listed the website for the Cruz tablet and was able to access some information from the website on how to deal with browser problem.
I would not recommend purchasing from Woot.com since they send no invoices with the order making it difficult if not impossible to return problem items.
