On 2nd October, I registered with Workfromhomewizards with $116.00.  Workfromhomewizards is to, in turn, send me assignments for which I will be paid when I submit the assignments.

I submitted an assignment for November which was only acknowledged.

However, since 27th December, 2013, email contacts, which is the only means of working with workfromhomewizards, through all of the above email addresses have been frustrated.

Please help get Workfromhomewizards to return my money if it will not perform its own side of the contract.

The following are details about the proprietor.

LIES, LIES, LIES from Workfromhomewizards

AUTHOR: Fisola - ()

  1. Only a fraud will write all the lies contained in workfromhomewizards' rebuttal.
  2. Workfromhomewizards has not controverted any of the facts I presented to prove the scam - it has not even made an attempt - but it has resorted to fabricating and telling lies.
  3. I never asked workfromhomewizards for $15.00.  This is a fabrication of workfromhomewizards.  Workfromhomewizards should publish the request if it is true!
  4. Since I never asked for $15.00, there was never a reason for workfromhomewizards to tell me it was against the rule - for five times.  This is another fabrication of workfromhomewizards.  Workfromhomewizards should publish the emails if it is true!
  5. I never issued any check - electronic or otherwise. In fact, there was no reason to do this.  This is another fabrication of workfromhomewizards.  Workfromhomewizards should publish the checks if it is true!
  6. Workfromhomewizards is only desperately peddling criminal falsehood to save face.
  7. The fact is that workfromhomewizards frustrated my attempts to submit work report (for December 2013) to prevent me from advancing towards the $100.00 payment threshold.  Following my November submission, the December submission should have advanced my earnings.
  8. I am keeping safe all the evidence in support of my two reports.  They are facts that workfromhomewizards cannot run from.

Reason For Reply Reply problesms from worfromhomewizards

We did in fact get several messages from this member in which we answered the same answer everytime which was his account would be credited but he would not receive payout til it reached $100.This person has no excuse to cry victim when commiting a felony.

Anyone can go straight to our FAQS page and you will see payouts are not given til you reach $100. This member as you see said he turned in ONE report very recently. He continously badgered us for the $15 he was owed and after telling him 5 times the same thing we had no choice but to ignore any further repeated emails. By This time this person seemed to get angered and then committed a felony by using our bank information and writing a false electronic check for 5 times that amount. We are currently investigating this member right now and plan to press full charges.

Facts to support frustration of email contact by Workfromewizards.com

AUTHOR: Fisola - ()

  1. On 20 December 2013, Sari Balhi of workfromhomewizards sent out an email announcing that the organisation was having technical difficulties with the email, info@thelazytypist.com, and that emails should be sent to info@workfromhomewizards.com.  For purposes of explanation, workfromewizards and thelazytypist are the same and they interchange e-mail address.

  2. So, when I needed to send an email to the organisation on 27 December 2013, I sent it to info@workfromhomewizards.com, but the response I got was "do not send emails here as no-one reads them.  To contact us, please send your e-mail to support@workfromhomewizards.com"

  3. Following (2) above, I sent my email to support@workfromhomewizards.com and got a response directing me back to the same email address that responds "do not send emails here".  Response from support@workfromewixars.com was "this email is currently having technical difficulties, please send us email at info@workfromhomewizards.com"

  4. From (2) and (3) above, e-mail contact with the organisation was frustrated.  Further evidence follows.

  5. On 28 December 2013, I turned in my December work report to assignments@workfromhomewizards.com but got the response that "this e-mail is having technical difficulties.  Please send us email at info@workfromhomewizards.com"

  6. Therefore, I sent the report to info@workfromhomewizards.com and got the response, "delivery to the following (info@workfromhomewizards.com) failed permanenty.  Technical details - DNS error:  Domain name not found".

  7. Workfromhomewizards has not made any other email contact with me even up till today, 8 January 2014.

  8. All that I have stated above are verifiable facts.

  9. Email contact is the only means of working with workfromhomewizards.

  10. By frustrating email contact as it has done, workfromhomewizards is able to avoid the discharge of its responsibilities of responding to a member's inquiries, accepting assignments and paying for the assignments.

  11. Having failed its part, workfromhomewizards should refund my $116.00

Workfromhomewizards Rebuttal Response

AUTHOR: intern - ()

The individual making this claim did indeed turn in one single report in which we had already given this member  written credit. As per our user agreement and faqs page all members whom wish to be paid by check, bank transfer or western union must earn a minimum of $100 in order to receive their first payout and this person was well aware of this and reminded of this time and time again. Each member is asked to sign a user agreement beforehand so incidents like this can be avoided. Each agreement is timestamped and admisable in court. Unfortunately we have since suspended this individuals account due to suspicion of fraudually taking our banking information to write unauthorized electronic checks by using forgery tactics. This is a serious crime. This person is currently under investigation for bank theft and fraud. We are a longstanding online company that unfortunately deals with a lot of foreign countries in which scams are very common. In this particular case we are the actual victims that actually should have been the ones to initiate this rippoff report claim against this user had we known sooner. Although there are many fraudulant opportunities online, there are just as many if not more fraudulent buyers whom often like to perpetuate being the victim in order to justify these types of illegal actions.

If anyone has any questions we will be happy to answer them and give further details on this case.

We will update the outcome of this situtation and will be more than happy to release the full name of this individual as well so other companies can be weary of people like this. Businesses are often victims of online crime and scams as well and it's crooks like this that give a lot of good companies a bad name.
