World Pay AKA RBS World Pay Found out that they renew your contract automatically and a $495.00 early termination fee not conveyed by the salesman or company Atlanta Georgia

Signed a two year contract with World Pay Credit Card processing, Contract ended 6-11-13 and waitind until today to get my statement and terminate contract, and found out that their business practices include a high $ 495.00 termination fee, they do not recognized their salesman changes to contracts and that they automatically my account renewed for another 3 years.

Took 25 minutes to get a review of the case denying the termination without the $ 495.00 fee yet it took 3 weeks to get a new slider to process credit cards. Took 3 hours to get a representative to call back.

Reasons for termination:

1 Never set up Debit card processing and have been paying a higher fee for two years.

2. Very high PCI compliance fee

3. Long wait times with Customer Service

4. Rates higher than initially agreed to on Contract.

The Atlanta reps are just puppets in a higher corporate problem.
