Charles, Jason, Larry Took 4995 to transfer title on timeshare and has not kept to agreement Las Vegas Nevada

My husband and I had a timeshare with Diamond Resort and decided we wanted to be free of it. World Travel Access,LLC had a seminar in Scottsdale in 2013 which we went to.

We paid $4995 for them to get the title transferred to theit Company. In the agreement we signed they say they will pay the maintenancce fee which was due on 1/1/14 and take care of all the transfer documents. We gave copies of our deed and signed the relevant forms for them to get recorded.

I was told that the check for maintenance had been mailed on 1/7/14 the number 5091. Diamond never eceived it and when I called Jason at WTA he told me in no uncertain terms that it had been paid. On several occasions I asked him when the check cleared the bank and he would not tell me. I reported them to the BBB in Nevada and I imeedialtely got a call from Jason to say the check had gone missing and that they would mail another check and it would go certified mail, this was on 2/24/14

 As of now Diamond Resorts have not received that check either and I am having interest each month on the account. Diamond owed me $100.00 as a  refund on a vacation that they will not give because of the outstanding account, so now we are out another $100.00.

 WTA also promoted at the seminar that the loss on the property can go against our tax. This I have found out is not true, it seems they tell gullable people like us things like that just to get them to sign up with them.

 I believe they are con men, all I am asking is that the maintenance fees and transfer are done as in the agreement, I am sick of Jason and his idiotic excuses. If they do not want to do that then give us our money back.
