I made the mistake of hiring Nance Holloway-Prince of Image Reseach & Communications inc. www.worlddome.com to provide grant writing services to help my small non profit organization receive funding to assist children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities to reach their goals. However,we didn't expect that once paid Nancy Prince $500, that she would lie to us, not provide grant writing services and then refuse to refund our money full or partial refund. Due to Image Reseach Communication being an online business out of St.Thomas Virgin Island and Simi Valley California, Nancy Prince is trying to avoid us and again has not refunding our money. Dont do business with this company- IT IS A SCAM !

Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD from Achieve Consulting Services was denied a refund by PayPal because she was proven to be a liar. Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD could not produce one shred of evidence to support this lie and as a result they decided the dispute in my favor. I produced a contract and emails that quoted Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD. - I would never trust Jeannine L. Carrington under any circumstances to teach a child. Jeannine L. Carrington even has misspelled words on her website along with a score of grammar errors.
Here is one of emails I received from Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD: ACS achieveconsultingservices@mail.com Jul 15 to me I love it, well done. Now, let's hope we get approved for funding-the services are so needed . I have provided free educational advocacy services and tutoring but can't afford to keep this up and due to my two jobs I don't have the time anymore . I would love to receive some kind of salary in order to provide these services . Thanks again
