Ive also had problems trying to cancel my account. Ive been trying to cancel this account for over 5 years and its always something different. My most recent attempt, I sent the 90 day notice then because I didnt call excactly 30 days before my contract ended, they automatically renewed it another year. My options are to pay $495 or wait another year and try again!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! And, im still stuck paying their exaggerated fees.
