Worldwide Express is an authorized shipper for UPS. We were approached by them a little less than a year ago. We ultimately set up an account with them after they assured us we would be saving money on our shipping costs compared to FedEx. I told them we had issues with UPS's spending volumes and we hadn't been able to meet them in the past and they assured us that our account was being based off of only 2 shipments per week that we could commit to. Well about a month later, the cost of that ONE shipment skyrocketed by $6 per shipment. It continued to go up from there.

A recent review of our account shows that they aren't even showing the accurate "list price" for a shipment. In my opinion, they are committing fraud. I can ship a package on my own, as an individual, not a company recieving a discount for less than what they claim the "list" price is. I contacted them about the issues and they directed me back to the sales representative who I dealt with in the beginnig and they did nothing. She didn't even address the discrepency in the list prices.

They credited us our most recent invoice as an "apology" but that hardly makes up for the thousands of dollars they ripped off of us. This company is a certified SCAM. If you are doing business with them, you need to be on top of them because they certainly have failed miserably at having their clients best interest at heart. They have the worst customer service. ANy time you have a billing error or a claim, you have to deal with MaryLou and she is the WORST! They'll never call you back to tell you the result of your claim, you have to stay on top of them like their children.

It's all about getting your $$$, not about giving good service. Meanwhile, I'm saving $30 a week on my two shipments by going back to FedEx. Worldwide Express is going to promise you everything you need to hear to switch to their company, then blame all the issues on UPS. I am filing a long, formal complaint with UPS so they know how this company is handling their name and reputation. This makes UPS look bad for authorizing these fools to do business with them.
