WorldWise preys on new business owners who have little or no experience with web development.

WorldWise overcharges small business owners for simple, basic website development, which can be obtained very inexpensively.

WorldWise locks small business owners into 3 year contracts and then threatens to sue them if they want to get out of the contract.  The 2 owners of WorldWise, Michael Newcomb and Jerry Kocis are rude, combative and regularly like to threaten customers with legal action.

WorldWise lied to us and told us that we had complete control over the editing of our website and any changes that we wanted to make to our website.  Then, when we wanted to make changes, we found that large sections of the website were locked and could only be accessed by WorldWise.

When we wanted to add new tabs or new sections to our website, we were invoiced additional amounts at hourly rates.  This is in addition to the $149 per month for 36 months or $5,364 for a simple, basic website that we did not like or approve.

When asked if we could redo or revamp the website, because we weren't happy, we were told that we would have to pay for a whole new website and that we were locked into a 3 year contract and that we could do nothing.

When we asked to get out of our contract and move our web hosting, we were issued an invoice for the remainder of all monthly payments, plus a $750 early termination fee and told that if we didn't pay immediately, WorldWise would contact an attorney and pursue us in collections court, even though we have never been late with any payment.

WorldWise intentionally removed all MetaTags from our site, so that our company's profile with search engines would fall and not appear in web searches for our services.

Then, without warning, WorldWise took down our website, stopped hosting our website and refused to return our phone calls, even though we never missed a payment, and had never been late with a payment.

We received several hostile and threatening e-mails from Jerry Kocis and Michael Newcomb, even though we were simply asking for explanation and to work out some mutually beneficial exit to our contract and relationship.
