I signed up for this site under the impression that I wouldn't be
charged for anything until I purchased funds to use for virtual chat.
Under my account it says "VIP(Free)" I have also never entered a private
room. I joined a chat thinking that I would be given a limited amount
of free time before I was prompted to purchase more of it. I stayed in
the room completely unaware of the fact I was accumulating money spent. I
was charged for a service that was shown as a free trial. I'm extremely
frustrated and upset that I am being charged 73 dollars for something I
did not consent to! I'm a victim of fraud to put it simply. I have emailed them, and filed a ticket on their website. I had my account cancelled already, but am still awaiting for a refund.
