GREAT SCAM they have going: because the iFriends.net site has adult content they quite legitimately ask for your credit card information so that they can validate you're an adult. They promise only a "small charge" will be made for the validation, though they don't say exactly how much that will be. But they explicitly make clear that they won't be billing you for anything more unless and until you decide to sign up (which turns out to be a boldfaced lie) and there's a lot of free content there too, sounds real good at first. Until it turns out that what they told you was free really isn't, and you get huge charges made to the credit card that they promised would never happen until and unless you decided to join the website. Isn't that cute? Bait and switch

But how much longer?

AUTHOR: E.Ness - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 20, 2011

Joey,

You are wrong about me. I did read the T&C and checked the site carefully while clocking my times in "private" which were constantly padded for more time and charged to me. I looked over all their games, the wallet agreement (trying to get all my financial & personal information, SSN) and the tricked up fanclub video wording, to make sure I had all my proof against your favorite site.

Let me give YOU a big piece of information, how could have you heard about lawsuits when Webpower Inc/Ifriends/Clickcash/RMT/WP Associates has almost always paid the complainers on Ripoff report with a full refund and closing the members account so there can't be any lawsuits thus flagging their website for investigation. You are right that no one has gone to jail YET! The FBI or any law enforcement always publicize when they are investigating somebody for a crime and they always make arrests within days of people filing charges against someone. I am sure the Webpower Inc/Ifriends aren't shaking in their boots because they are all lawyered up for just about anything. It just takes the right people to get together with the right Authorities with the proper proof for investigations to start and then it just takes time before the arrests and seizures are made by authorities.

It's funny you keep harping on the T&C and only that guys are in such a hurry to get their rock off but you fail to answer for any of the other complaints on here. Again, since webpower Inc/Ifriends employees haven't replied to anybody since August 31,2011 on here, you are the only defender for them. I will now just have to assume that you are a Webpower Inc/Ifriends employee using an"ALT" to try to discredit me or spin doctor the real facts while hoping to dissuade any other complainers from contact me or authorities with their proof or information.

So which employee are you, Stacy P., Jaime H.,Bill P., Grant S., Amanda A., Joe D., Heidi H.,Peggy K.,Steve H.,Jude A. S., Jessica R.,Brenda K., Tim S.,Freddy N., Jeff D., Mario M., Philip M., Brayton J., or you just one of the big boys Allen E Hadhazy, Mark N Albers, Kathleen M Kaminske or Andrew H Kayton. Keep right on playing your games!

Still up after all these years

AUTHOR: Joey - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, December 17, 2011

I've seen people like you complaining because you are upset you didn't keep track of your time while wanking off, or didn't read the T&C fully, you probably just saw some boobies or p***s that you had to get off on.

Let me give you a bit of information that you've obviously missed (just like the T&C's apparently). The same complaints have been made for many many years and the site has not been shut down, no one has gone to jail that I've read about, and no lawsuits have been won that I've seen. I'm pretty sure that the site is not shaking in it's boots as you might think.

Webpower/Ifriends/Clickcash/RMT/WP Associates continue to fraud customers

AUTHOR: E.Ness - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 16, 2011

Hey, Joey.

Are you are an employee of Webpower Inc./Ifriends because you seem to be the only one defending them, anymore? It's best that you make it look like you are just a happy customer who is defending the site that you use. Who defends a company these days? Only someone who could go to jail or lose their job because the company is closed, would even bother to take the time or have an interest. You also choose to only make an excuse for Webpower Inc/Ifriends that the customers were too excited to even see that they were in paying areas of the site and that they never read that they were authorizing total use of their credit cards. You choose not to address any of the other complaints about unauthorized payments taken, extra time being billed, large credit card withdrawals replaced by virtual money for use only on Webpower/Ifriends sites (extortion), Affiliates who never received money they rightfully earned or performers who claiming improper accounting and revenue reports. I am sure there are lots of happy unsuspecting members who are rushing to get their rocks off as you say, without reading or carefully checking their credit card bills. That's exactly what these fraudsters live on! The number of people who never post here out of embarassment from feeling stupid for falling for Webpower Inc/Ifriends tricks and scams or who simply never see the change in small amounts on their credit card statemnts or the fact that they have been charged for months after they stopped using the site.

The FBI absolutely investigates and charges these kind of crimes with the right complaints and enough proof from all those who have been ripped off by fraudsters or scammers. Webpower Inc/Ifriends can try to hide down in Florida but these are federal crimes against american citzens as well as other countries and will prosecuted as such. Joey or which ever WP Associates employee you are, your favorite website or your employer are going to be put behind bars very soon! It is just a matter of time, tick, tock!

RE: Where is the FBI in all this Fraud?

AUTHOR: Joey - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, December 10, 2011

Last time I checked the FBI only investigates crimes. Going on a website, entering your credit card information, avoiding reading the terms and conditions because you are too concerned about getting your rocks off, conveniently not seeing the price that is displayed before you go into the room, and then getting charged for said price is not a crime, it's an act of stupidity on the consumers part.

If you want to get off for free may I suggest you either find a human being that would want to be with you, or go to the many websites that offer their content for free without having to give a credit card.

Concerning an investigation I'm sure that the many customers that know the rules and have been happy customers for many years would be happy to testify that there is nothing shady going on.

Where is the FBI in all this Fraud?

AUTHOR: E.Ness - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 08, 2011

Allan Hadhazy, owner of Webpower Inc, his buddies Andrew Kayton, Mark Albers, Brayton Johnson and all the Employees at Ifriends. net, ifriends.xxx, clickcash.xxx are the biggest fraud artists on the internet!

These people are going to protect your children from Porn by getting involved with the ICM Registry who are the operators of the new DOT.XXX domains. Webpower Inc has put their General Counsel, Andrew Kayton on the IFFOR to make certain that the Adult Industry is protected and their interests are addressed by ICM Registry. The CEO of ICM Registry, Stuart Lawley is the Chairman of the IFFOR and resides in the same Florida neighborhood as his Webpower Inc. golfing buddies. If I was an adult performer or the owner of a company in the Adult Industry then I would be really worried with these two companies supposedly protecting your names from Cyber-squatter or general auction. ICM Registry will tell you rest assured you have nothing to worry about while they extort you into paying to protect the name which is rightfully yours in the first place. What a big scam!

Webpower Inc. steals from customers for over 12 years and 421 complaints with the same story yet, nothing is done about them. They steal from Affiliates, Chat-hosts, pad the time spent in chat by clients, trick the customers into thinking areas are free and charge fees without the customers authorizations but never address or change the problem areas for over 12 years. Webpower Inc. and Ifriends just give refunds over and over again to any one who complains so how many others don't complain? These refunds are taken from the Chat-host who may have performed a service to the site customers and are unaware that the site is scamming the customers and them. It seems from other reports on here that the Chat-hosts are giving up 10% of their weekly revenues for chargebacks and refunds which they have no say or right to view the reasons for the amounts taken from them. It appears they have trouble reconcilling amounts given and taken from them while not being able to get correct reserve account statements or daily payment information from Webpower Inc.

12 years of complaints of scams, frauds, lies and making full payments to cover up the biggest fraud scheme on the internet right under the noses of the F.B.I yet no criminal charges have been placed against these supposed up-standing citizens who look all squeaky clean.

The consumers should be aware of these big scams on the internet? Where is Federal Law Enforcement to protect its citizens, isn't that why we all pay taxes in this country? Isn't it about time they did their job and arrested the Webpower Inc. owners and employees who are all in on this fraud scheme?

Reality check.

"because the iFriends.net site has adult content they quite legitimately ask for your credit card information so that they can validate you're an adult.  "

"Quite legitimately"???   You've got to be kidding!  The only reason anyone needs your credit card information is to charge you for things.  Anyone who claims they need a credit card to valildate your age is scamming you.

While this used to be quite common on the Internet several years ago, I didn't think anyone was still falling for the "credit card as age verification" ploy.

They promise only a "small charge" "

Any time any business is promising to make a "small charge" (usually around $1), it's most likely a scam to get your card info.  Making charges for $1 or less actually costs more than $1 in credit card processing fees.  Any company planning to only charge the small fee would actually be losing money on every transaction.  Anytime you see this, you can guarantee that you will be charged more than the "small charge".
