This client wants you to sign up for a "free" account.  I was foolish enough to believe that the "free" account was free and gave them my credit card information for verification.  I was going through my bills and found out that they have converted my free account into a VIP account and was charging me two charges that added up to $6.95 a month. 

They kept changing the value of the two charges so that I didn't see a set pattern and I didn't realize what they were doing.  The fact that there are two different value charges shows deliberate malice on their part to scam me.  This may be the most corrupt site on the internet.

You need only to read the other 418 reports on here or just read the response so far by Elliot Ness. You are being miss lead and frauded by this company, Webpower Inc, WPI Ifriends, Ifriends.net, Ifriends.xxx or clickcash.com. They have never corrected any complaints about the technical issues of over billing or padding the timers in the chatrooms or the wording of "FREE" where it is hidden about the fees. All these customers didn't see the authorize the charges pages and their amounts just rushed right into the paying areas which are so clearly marked, what a joke.. The customers are all mistaken but Ifriends, AKA Webpower Inc. never corrects the issues or shows that they are right because there are probably millions of other customers who don't even complain about it or even notice it on their credit card bills. What a great scam. It has been report here for years by Customers and Chathost that these websites have lied to everyone and the authorities do nothing about it. Scream loud enough to Ifriends, AKA Webpower, Allan Hadhazy the owner and they refund all your money right away then cancel your account but do they really delete all your credit card information. I doubt it.

You should report this whole problem to your local FBI or State Attorney for investigation into this company and it's many wrongdoings. Class-actions are really for the lawyers but it won't stop these criminals from continuing their games of fraud, false advertising, illegal billing and extortions when they try to give you virtual dollars after taking money from your credit card. What a scam they have had going for 12 years at the least but nobody presses charges or starts an investigation on them because Webpower Inc. always pays the Ripoff Reported claims in full and state they are 100% customer satisfaction but they just keep right on doing it to more consumers.

Time to stand up to them and shut them down for good. It takes every one who has a complaint to bring these websites, their very wealthy owner and all the employees who know about this big fraud to jail for a long time. Don't wait any longer, JUST DO IT!

I submitted a case to them outlining all of their charges, and they were so gracious to offer me one month's refund.  I'm still ready to join anyone's class action against these people, especially if they don't do better than that.  Aren't they saying that they want 100% customer satisfaction?
