I placed my order the first week of July and got a tracking number on the 6th of July and on the 7th it left Houston Tx. So i thought cool its on its way, well its the 23rd of July and no package. I have called this company over 6 times and get 6 different answers and the final call they told since it shows that "they shipped it" they cant do anything about it. The customer service was soooo bad and I couldnt understand them most of the time. I have looked at different reports about this company and i keep seeing this Jason guy pop up and say " our company is 100% to making our customers happy and satisfied" or something like that and he says ask for him when calling. Well i did ask for him and everytime hes unavailable and to leave my number and email so he can get back to me, still no reply. I have checked with the usps and they said they dont have my order. So where is it then? I also forgot wrist-band.com told me that i can order another wristband and get 5% off, so I told this indian lady that why would i buy another product from you after i didnt receive the first one lol. This proving this is not a real customer service its people who want to take your money and tell you your stupid. I will not be ordering from this so called company again and warn anyone to stay away its all a scam.

Well After ordering my wristband in July, i finally recieved it in November. Even though i got my order late i still say this so called company is a joke and warn everybody to stay away from it. Worst customer service i have ever encountered.
