To clear things up, the course is 6 hours. If you walk away from the computer, shut down your computer without closing out of the course the time WILL continue to move on. I've taken this course before and was done in 6 hours and 10 minutes. The course now has quizzes because the state of New York decided to add them into the course. Yes, the course HAD no quizzes but that changed at the beginning of this year. If you need to blame someone, blame the NYC DMV. Now, as far as failing, you are referring to the Keystroke Authentication which I will admit is very tricky to master. You have to type in a phrase that only you know how to type but the system wants you to type it at the same speed and rhythm. For those of you who can't type, don't bother. Otherwise it's fairly easy to get through it all. If you happen to get locked out more than two times you have to re-register for the course but you DO NOT have to pay. They will allow you to take it for free if that happens.
I admit I had a few small issues but the company, customer service and supervisor were very kind.
Beware of fools who can't properly complain!
