They have been able to get all of the other companies to work with them, but CashNetUSA won't! I'm already paying the monthly amount thru Credit Counseling and this company is expecting me to pay them separately when I just don't have the money as I'm on fixed income due to disabilities. I'm also going to be reporting them to the BBB as Credit Counseling services is a BBB organization.
I don't know if there is anything you can do to help, but I want them reported as they do not help people the way they should be doing.

So with that said..your complaint is that they won't "help" you as they "should" be doing. Well didn't they "help" you by loaning you money on the promise you would pay it back on their terms?
Also, where is it written that they "should" accept less than what you agreed to? Sure the other companies did, and that is great for them. But a company that is holding you to the terms you made a legal agreement on is not a RipOff.
