the company is absolute rip off. i had to cancel my reservation with them. not only that they do not offer you an option of reimbursement, at least partial, when you want to rebook you are stuck with the same carrier and same destination. in my case on eof the carriers cancelled flights to the originally planned destination. they charged me almost the price of the return ticket just to change the reservation have the new one.

my advice is stay away from them they are not cheap (actually they are very cheap), but tickets are not cheap and the service is horrible.
