1). You provided no order information in order for us to assist you.
2). The name Brad or Bradley doesn't come up as someone who submitted these type of accounts.
3). You stated that you submitted 3 accounts to us, and then later you claim we listed all 3 for sale and haven't paid you yet you later claim that you took one of the accounts back. How could we have listed them for sale if you took them back?
4). You provided character names in this complaint. When we search Janken in the EQ2Players Profile Site, it appears the only Janken is on Everfrost which isn't a Dirge.
Right now, it appears everything you have provided is false information and we aren't even sure if you are a real customer of ours (competition). However, if by chance you feel that your complaint is valid, please provide us either your order numbers or e-mail address associated with these transactions. If you wish to keep this information confidential, you may instead e-mail legal@gamepal.com with this information.
If we don't hear back from you, we will assume that this report is nothing more than a false claim against our company like the others.
