 These people are deceptive in their advertising, and simply overcharge you.  When I approached Rebekah Malloy about the florida room not being built up to par, and both me and my husband showed her exactly where the carpenters had damaged our house, her reply was " if you cannot prove they did this , your accusations hold no water".  Is this how a reputable company does customer service??  I later called Rebekah ( my husband vowed to chalk up the $20,000.00 loss, I refused ) and she continued to degrade me using swear words, racist comments, N*****...etc.

     After I realized that I couldnt get anywhere with this extremely unprofessional woman, I decided to contact her husband Mark Malloy.  After he continually hung up on me when he realized who I was, I decided to drop by their home.  Upon arriving , Mark Malloy was extremely drunk, and he too continued to degrade me yelling at the top of his lungs " Good luck in court B***"... He then jumped into his car and nearly ran myself over as he peeled out of the driveway.

     I find this to be extremely unprofessional and I simply warn anyone out their who is looking for quality work, this isnt the people to go to.. My husband and I are african american, and we are not racist, and we are in the process of filing charges on these people as my husband had the phone calls recorded, and was video taping with his phone when Mark Malloy had his drunken fit.
