In good faith I stupidly decided to give accountgear a go. Bad mistake after paying for an account on there site through Skrill.com   I did not get my account. after mailing them a few times they sent me an email back saying

well I never got the account so I mailed www.moneybookers.com to get my money back and they said

Note that we have contacted the recipient of the funds on your behalf requesting further assistance in reference to your refund request.

so I took there advice and mailed accountgear.com again asking about my account and posting the ticket number. After 1 whole week I have had nothing from them can anyone help me with this or should I just report them to the police?

They delivered to my old Skrill Email. All is good! Sorry for the complaint!

Well it turns out that the problem was that they delivered to my Skrill Email Address and I forgot to update my current e-mail address on my Skrill Account.

I feel bad I posted this complaint as they informed me about this several times by email and until I logged into my Skrill Account and saw that my primary email was still my old email, then I realized the mistake we were having.

For some reason Ripoffreport doesn't allow you to delete complaints so I wanted to at least update this report letting everyone know that they did deliver and the problem was due to them sending to my old email address on my Skrill Account.
