I ordered product from allvetmed and paid for overnight delivery, the product showed up 5 days later, so I called them to try and resolve this issue and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and i called 4 times that day, I believe they thought I would go away but I will not and in fact finally got Jennifer from customer service to give me a credit towards the next order. I should have just tried for a refund and walked away from this company but I believe in second chances and a few weeks later was ready to order again and use my overnight credit, so I called to place my order with Jennifer and was told it would be at my door the following day, but to my suprise, nothing, so I started calling again just to be put through the same routine of being put on hold only this time a new rep was introduced into the equation, her name is Jessi, and between them both they made me call back 5 times playing their game of being put on hold, so i tried the email route and contacting the owner Chris Smith who in email transmissions told me that he does not have a phone in his office so there is no way i could call and talk to him in person, the facts are that Jenifer and jessi are intercepting the emails and posing as Chris Smith never allowing the emails to be seen by him, if this is not the case I would be very suprised because what business owner would not want to reach out to a client and salvage the relationship, after all this is how a company makes their money.  This company is being held hostage by these two customer service reps, Jennifer and jessi and when they screw up all evidence is either destroyed or kept from anyone with real authority, all I want now is my money back for the product I never recieved and to refund the overnight delivery charge which i never used.
