cozytrikes.com , omegastores.com Sold me a lemon, a 2005 model handi cap scooter for a 2012 model Wallingford, Connecticut

I am a disabilited vet. I have been in 5 auto accidents, I don't dirve a car anylonger, I ride a three wheel bike, so I watn something nice'er to ride to church or to go to the store on or out to eat on, so I from the web iste and I contacted them about buying this scooter from them, they would retun every phone call that I asked to to until they got my money for the scooter, it was on 1-31-2012 I paid $2060.00 for it and extra for extended 2 year warranty on it. I recieved it on 2-14-2012 and after unpacking it and setting it up, I found that the charger was bad, so i trided to call them and all I got was a message telling me to go online to report any problems, so I did, and three days later I got a message from them telling me to send to charger to them for replacement, and it took two months for me to get a new, then after charging it and out rideing it about the 5th or 6th time the rear-end came aloose from the welds that holds the brakets thta mounts the rear-end to the frame, and it rolled up under the scooter and locked up the brakes and I almost got hit by the car that was behind me, so I contacted them again and they told me to send the scooter back to them, they didn''t tell me that I had to pay for it be shipped, I found this out after all of this happend, and they wanted $650.00 to shipped it to them, I live on dissdaibility I can't afford that, so I took the rear-end off and shipped it to them it, while I was waiting to hear form them I contacted several lawyer firms about getting my money back from them, becasue they had sold me a lemon, they lawyer's would be very interested when they first talked with me over it, then they would call me and tell me to send it back to them.

So after 5 months I got the new rear-end and put it in, then I found that the batterys were bad in it, so I sent the three batterys back for replacement, this took another two months then after getting the new ones I find that the charger wouldn't cutt off, so I contacted Interstae Battery conpmany and they told me that the batterys, one of them had a dead cell in it, is why the charger wouldn't cutt off. During the time that I was able to ride while riding it it would be like someone cutt off the key the power would shut off to the motor, I found that if I let go of the throtle and pull bnack down on it it would go again, by tis thime the company got to where they wouldn't anser my emails , so I asked this man that  worked at scooter shop and he told me that it could be the power onverter going bad on it, so I took it off and sent it to them for replacement, it ook another 2months to get a new one, then they didn't send any wiring diagram to wire it up, the one that I sent to them was a 450 watt 48 volt converter and the new one that they sent me back was a 500 watt 48 volt converter, none of the wiring match, and no wiring diagram to go by to be able to install it, so it is sitting in my kichen floor, and I can't find any one that can help me install the new converter with out a wiring diagram. I want some help to get my money back from these poeple, kthey are nothing but a bounch of rip offs, they take advantage of poor people, and it needs to be stopped.I have every email that has been sent between them and my self,along with p[ictures of the damage rear-end on the trike.

I went on there website www.cozytrikes.com and they have a committ sdection there so I told my store and a couple weeks ago, I recieved a call from a guy that had bought one for his 80 yr. old dad, and it was the same thing, his is sitting in his carport, they give him hiis money back on is but they have put a law suite against him for not shippping the scooter back to them, he also told me that he had found out that there are over 80 case's like this with these poeple in reguards to this trike. Please can someone help me with this mess? I jsut want my money back. I went on the web and found another web site that sells the same time scooter and I emailed them to see if they would take over my extended warranty on it and they emailed me back telling me thta cozytrikes don't have the patton to build and sell the scoooter here in the U.S. that they have a law suite against them for doing so.that web site is www.wheels.com. these poeple needs to be stopped.Please help me with this mess.
