I bought a second-hand MSI MS-7021 motherboard from PALM54 on 20 July 2009. When installed it in August, the board's performance soon became erratic and degenerated rapidly. After an accumulation of perhaps 3-6 hours of operation, its only remaining sign of life was a sequence of 8 beeps from its ROM-BIOS, a low-level error code that indicates a video interface failure.
I logged the subsequent exchanges with PALM54, but I won't ask anyone to waste time reading them. He indulged himself with incivility that I in no way provoked. He also accused me of installing bad parts or damaging the board myself. The parts in question are in the machine I'm using to write this note, and in nearly 40 years as an electrical engineer, I haven't zapped a board.
The complaint from "Stacy" in another entry about this guy is entirely credible.

I did not actually buy anything from this guy but i was close to as he had the only ram listed for a server i own i asked some questions like if the ram is working as i explained to him i been ripped off before ppl send "working" ram but memtest gives errors even if tested in diffrent servers/pc anyway i asked if the ram was tested and got the answer they was just pulled from a server and had been propperly stored, ok that dont mean they work so i asked if he could test them so i would not have to return them as shipping from Sweden to USA is more expensive then shipping from USA to Sweden then i got a message like "This is to much **** truble".
Then i ignored him and tryed to find other ram for this tyan s5377 boards but could not find any other thats worth the price other then palm54 so i thought i give it another try i explained i know for 100% sure this ram is listed on tyan website as tested for this motherboards and that i would concider to do a offer, he always write short messages so i recived a more not proffecional message " i am not intrested to send on trail bases" even i explained in the previues message i know they work in this board he also stated some time after the **** stuff that it was tested now i was close to buy but i wanted to make sure everything was done right so i asked that if he could write the lower value on the costums form so that i dont have to pay the full VAT and costums fee here i am just a individual hobby user so yeah i am poor with a expensive hobby, now i got a reply he contacted my ISP and ebay that i promote crimminal activites lol i mean i dont care about that as its not a crime to ask a question what i know anyway i just want to let ppl know this is not a proffecional seller even if he have lots of sales he is rude and i can just guess how good it would work if you really buy some broken stuff from him.
I sell a few things my self not on ebay and get lots of strange and stupid questions but i am never rude to costumers as its usally dont make more sales most stuff i deal with on ebay is pro and yes i understand it might be a crime to write gift on something thats have a high value but i did just want to make sure he write 50$ plus shipping my offer would have been 50$ if he writes 200$ just to mess with me as it looks like he is a guy that like to just argue with ppl i actually took some time to write this message to let other ppl know who they are dealing with so if anyone want feel free contact me i will show the messages from ebay i tryed to contact ebay chat as i belive thats the best way to explain stuff when English is not my frist language and as most ppl can see i am not that good to write it anyway watch out palm54 is a nasty guy and as he started the "report" game lets see whats will happend i am not at all concerned about my ISP or ebay as my self i have 100% possitive feedback 80+ and i dont like to make truble for ppl even if sometimes open a case is needed but i trye deal with it in a polite way explaining why i do it etc.
I looking for some company info on "palm54" website whatever that can help me with the reporting game :)
