This man charged for 200$ worth of Androuds for my small childrn's birthdays. We wanted to be sure they had something this year. He did not ship my items. Then sent a fake usps tracking number. I called the credit card company and had the money refunded. For those scammed... youc have the right o return defective merchandise directly after recieving it and not pay for it. The "membership" he gives has no terms or conditiins to read near the check box. I do not believe this is legal because it then tries to tell you elsewhere on the site that you must keep it and him keep billing your card for at least 90 days. I am sure this cannot be legal. He cannot sell you a tablet with no notice that it won't work as it" i has a "10 minute manufacturer's battery" in it and then tell you that you must pay him between 20-30$ more to replace it AFTER you ordered the item and paid for it, and if you do not want it, you still owe him a 25% restocking fee. This is illegal and the fact is, you'd be lucky even if you did, to see your item arrive anyways. Especially working! He tries to fool you into a membership by promising live rep customer service chat. False. Also the phone numbers will not work and the email help leaves no options to ask about your product's shipping. He will most likely never return an email anyways. Please turn him in to the Florida Attorney General as the internet says he's based in Florida. On both websites. Do whatever you can. If anyone is able to begin a class action lawsuit, please leave a comment, I would prefer to join. He is harming tooo many innocent people. Some are single mothers with very little money trying to buy her child something decent. My husband is an injured miner needing a full hip.replacement. We took our taxes left from paying our rent to buy them for our childeen so they'd have birthdays this year.
