floridashuttletransportation.com Florida Shuttle Transportation took money, did not deliver service orlando, Florida

I made a reservation on www.floridashuttletransportation.com, Sat Feb 11, 2012 for service from Ft.Lauderdale to Vero beach. The website stated that the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 6pm. On Sat Feb 18, 2012 i called to confirm my reservation that morning and the manager stated that the shuttle was on time, and there were no delays. I recieve a phone call at 5pm Sat FEB 18, stating that there is no shuttle operating to Vero Beach. As a result, I was stranded in Ft. Lauderdale, and this company knowingly took money without providing a service. Below is a copy of the reservation emailed to myself:

There was never a shuttle operating to Vero Beach on Sat Feb 18 at 6pm, although they sold me this service on their website and charged my financial institution $103.  Below is a copy of the invoice from my bank: FLORIDA SHUTTLE TRANSP ORLANDO FL
