All our payments are processed through Paypal, if we fail to deliver exactly what we promise, any customer can ask Paypal to reverse their payment thanks to Paypal's Buyer Protection System. This is why we use exclusively Paypal, for the safety of our customers. If we were looking to "rip off" people, we would use a processor that does not interfere when there is a disagreement between the buyer and the seller, such as Moneybookers or AlertPay, in fact most of the other major processors will simply not bother.
As such, even though we were not faulty in this case, we can still take this as a complaint, and try to do everything we can so that this will not happen again. Perhaps this customer wasn't throughly informed how the system works while placing his order.
In any case, there is no "rip off" at all, we have served thousands of customers and continue to do so. Our system works, and our payments, thanks to Paypal, is fully secure and safe.
