Well, i am thankful to getafreelancer.com itself and especially to its Respectable Chief Executive Matt Barrie who not only provided us our funds but also the loan of 293$ (which is to settle all liabilities on me over here... and what i will pay getafreelancer.com in a month)... I am also thankful to Getafreelancer.com for opening my Edifice85 ID and allowing me to proceed regarding my business...

More, I always considered Getafreelancer.com as my HOME on internet... So same is the situation now with much stronger belief on this Admirable Organization.

Now, i will personally start a campaign (will give 14 Days to it) in which i will write the articles, start blogs and will write in them my own experience how getafreelancer.com made me to get up in my life and then also the other things for the assistance of the upcoming Users of getafreelancer.com... (And COMMITMENTS over here are made to be accomplished)...

Actually, I disagree. I was one of the people who hired Edifice through this service and he had taken my 30$, but has done 5/30 of the work. The work wasn't that well done either, but that's not the point.

When I told him that I would cancel the project, he said: Release the escrow amount and I will send you the rest of the articles(which is why I believed that he was done with the job, which he was already a couple of days late too).

I wasn't too sure, but I finally released the amount and he disappeared. I said that I'll take this through paypal's legal system, but he made more excuses. I asked for some of my money back, but he didn't give it to me.

So, I reported him to the site. Frankly, seeing his past feedback on the site, it's not surprising that they suspended his account.

Ps, in the past feedback section, he had replied to his last providers(who cancelled their projects) that he didn't do the work because they didn't put their money through the escrow service. Well, I did and actually released the money to him and I gave him almost an extra week to complete the work(when he promised me in a few days). I don't see why he would rip me off and expect the site to stand by doing nothing.

Well we have recovered 768$ thru (((Redacted))) Debit Card (plus 125$ before on (((Redacted)))) But now 452$ is still there with getafreelancer.com. I need that funds of mine also. These are the very same funds which they have BLOCKED by Blocking my Debit Card (with last 4 Digits 1080).

I request getafreelancer.com that please pass these same funds of 452$ to my fiance's (((Redacted))) account as soon as possible (and after that as every one can see there is no issue among us.) so we may get able to remember getafreelancer.com with good words and FINALLY UPDATE such reports.

I am to finish this all up, but taking complete accounts at the end assures future betterment. and am sure there will be no problem with any one else for this all.

More, i have attached all email correspondence screenshots among me (Edifice) and getafreelancer.com Administration. Anyone can experience what was up there because of their contradicting there own words and all, but still ok (and as per stated by our attorneys and elders that there is no issue at all if we get our funds back).....

So, in simple and summarized sentences:

Well, today it is 8th January 2009, and yesterday on 7th January i got funds of 125$ from GAF on the moneybookers.com id of my Fiance.
Now, problem is there for 1220$, out of which 768$ is of my sister Webbydes (she authorized me to talk to GAF regarding these funds also) and 452$ are mine, i.e. Edifice.

Well, I Didn't got my money ayet from freelancer.com.... I dont understand what is happening, GAF is putting everything on Payoneer.com and Payoneer.com states that they haven't got any message from GAF (CHECK SCREENSHOTS OF THE LATEST EMAILS FROM PAYONEER AND GAF ATTACHED WITH THIS MESSAGE).
It is advice to GAF that i need money desperately, told hundred times that i need to pay my debitors.... So, if last in this day of MONDAY if i don't get my funds then there will be big problem for me.... and in that case i will start posting my Complaints/Reports every where.... and this way i will be 100+ such links of Complaints/reports regarding this all....

More, this is not that much big amount... But, still if GAF is NOT EAGER to pay my funds back to me, then i have got nothing else to do other than just spreading my words everywhere......

Yes Hi,
I am in contact with GAF Administration regarding my Dispute/Complaint about there Organization/Institute. And now they are STILL expected to pay me within next some time (not assured that till when).
More, as they stated that i did posted my Bids on the Money Exchange Projects BEFORE 17th December 2009 (the date on which these all sort of businesses like Money Exchange, Ebay and other accounts selling and PVAs selling got BANNED on Freelancer.com) But they as well as i expereinced that those all people got Reversed there funds back from my accounts (on same dates when they accepted my bids and then paid amounts) and that is no issue at all, everyone can see.
The issue was about my OUTSTANDING amounts in my Debit Card which was transfered on 28th and 29th Decemeber...... And now on 3rd January 2010, i think after the complete conversations and reports/complaints and all i got final response from GAF that this all will be completed as soon as the weekend (means Saturday 2nd January 2010 only) finishes....... and consider Sunday to not be included in the weekend because of the reason that on Contact Us Page of Payoneer.com they have mentioned that they are open from Sunday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

It is 7:23 am EST, so i consider that i will get my Debit Card onblocked by next some time and then after i get my amounts drawn i will UPDATE my all report/complaints on all sites.

So, now i have provided them my NIC scanned copy so they can check and verify it.

More, today i think GAF will complete this all, and i am in severe need of money as i need to pay my debts of 387$ within these two days.

Hi and first of all Happy New Year to GAF Team also, but you haven't provided me my side of peace of mind and security my funds a yet and i am here in lots of problem.
You are delaying my funds alot, i don't understand why are you ruining my all this way over here (because of my debts and you not paying my funds)...
I am not doing any kind of work nowadays and nor i will anywhere unless my these funds come out, and i dedicate complete time of mine to this all... I need my hard earned money....
I am unable to comprehend why are you doing so? you are doing this all for very small amount of money only 577$. But, this amount for me is my hard earned money which i need to pay as my debts so sky is the limit you know on internet..... But i never mentioned getafreelancer.com or any of its project as a SCAM but i am afraid when my hardwork is at stake, then how can i control my own self???? Till now i have posted only on ripoffreport.com, but you are not making my Payoneer account to pay my funds. So, what should i do? I am doing nothing else nowadays, will solely work on this all, putting up this case everywhere i get to see of worth.

We can finish this all up over here if you pay my funds and i will UPDATE my report with message that ALL HAS GOT SETTLED..... But if GAF still does not considers that i have got RIGHT to get paid, then no problem... Death never approaches to one's Rights, so you ultimately will have to pay me my Right, i.e. my funds.

Hi Good day and Happy New Year 2010 you all Readers,
I Have been working from last one complete year on Getafreelancer.com (as per the rules and regulations designed by the Administration of getafreelancer.com) and before the Administration was not so. But after they handed over their business to current Management from that very day these Suspensions of the amount filled accounts and all such things has got started.

Well, under given is my experience on getafreelancer.com website:
i have been waiting to get my amount being transacted from GAF from last three weeks, and meantime on getafreelancer.com i got my account suspended once, then my GAF ID got CLOSED with complete amount and then after that my GAF account Edifice was made opened by the GAF Administration. After that i Requested for my amounts of 577$ (making them two 287$ and other of 290$) to be withdrawn on the Payoneer Debit Card issued to me by Freelancer.com and they gave me the dates of 28th and 29th December 2009 and then the amount got transacted over there..... Then on 29th i accepted both amounts after paying 5$ for each (total 10$). And on the other side i got messages from GAF Helpdesk that i got my account Edifice and Closed on GAF. I said ok, but keeping in mind that there on Planet Earth on internet as well in the books of GAF is time for Withdrawal (7 days), for Credit Cards for Chargeback (45 days* or so i am not sure) and means for everything there is time, so they will allow me the time of 24 hours or there, also is a chance to not to close my Debit Card and as it is HARD Winter this year so i was ill (got flu and severe headache) so i postponed drawing the hard cash out from any International Banks' (Citi Bank or Standard Chartered) ATM (which are much far away from my home).

After some 4-5 hours maximum i went to International ATM machines and there the ATMs of both Banks, i.e., Citi Bank and Standard Chartered stated that 'You account is blocked, Contact Issuer'.....
Then i got back home while thinking that where i got wrong? then after reaching home i checked my Payoneer.com account, but it was closed. So i called the Payoneer.com Customer Support and after confirming my date of birth, card number and all person checked all and then simply stated that "we have Closed your account as per the instructions of GAF and when i asked them for money, they stated that it is stucked and will be opened only after getafreelancer.com NOTIFIES us to unblock the account it back"......
Now what on the Planet Earth Should i do?


Everyone is aware that freelancer.com has no Live Phone Support and same thing is what still hurts that how anyone can get to know what so ever this all freelancer.com is?? Anyway, till then in these two three days (it is 30th December 2009 when i am writing this) i have sent around 40-45 Messages (or what they state 'Tickets') to Getafreelancer.com regarding this all, but no response. Then i simply got on to ripoffreport.com and Filed a report over there.

Why are you doing this with me? :( i have been doing business on your site from last one year, started in Dec. 08. And now after an year, when i am in so hard situations with my debts over here (i am mentioning this all humbly in every message) then why are you doing it all like this? please please pleasee i request you to let me draw my funds out.... i really am helpless at current times.

Now you say your GAF can pay me only 125.25$ out of my complete 577$.... What is this all about sir? These payments are hard earned.... And what was required by you to do is to just NOTIFY the Payoneer.com so they may get able to pay me my funds which are Withdrawn by you in the dates of 28th and 29th December 2009 and with figures of 285$ and 292$ totaling 577$ on my Debit MasterCard (which is still BLOCKED on your instructions). And if i was to get only 125.25$ from your account then why after three weeks you approved the withdrawal of my complete 577$? You would have done what was required to be, and 577$ is what i owe. Plus in screenshots of the email sent by GAF the dates of Reversals can be checked and this amount of 577$ is what was outstanding after these all reversals and for Data Entry project.

More, i don't want to change my view to consider getafreelancer.com as a SCAM like others. But, you are disturbing peace of my mind and my life over here with this all.....

Please, complete this all up so i may just UPDATE this message with GOOD COMMENTS and finish this all up over here.

Well, i called to the PAYONEER Customer Support and they stated that 'Your account is closed by us because of the instructions of Getafreelancer.cm'. More, person stated that they will process  and unblock my account only after they will get Notified by the Freelancer.com to 'Unblock my ID.'
I have sent some messages again and sending this one also with the hope that they might check this all up and NOTIFY the Payoneer.com to pay my Funds to me.
