I saw them on the internet. price was great at $12 per exclusive lead. we called the phone number 800-727-2417 and talked to the sales person. she sounded honest and we decided to give them a try. we used a company check and paid $599 for their special starting package.

ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, THEY NEVER PROVIDE ANY LEADS AND NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.

look them up on google - put in "fraud mortgageleads4less" and you will see many victims.

you can call the number right now and she will take your order. same voice that you hear on recording is the voice that will answer extension 101. she goes by different names. she will lie right to your face with no hesitation. they know who they have stolen money from and when you call after losing your money... they just don't respond to your calls or emails.  

i have been in the mortgage business 20 years and have never had my money stolen before. looking back, it was obvious - email is a gmail account, they wanted us to deposit the check straight into their bank of america account and the price and lead filters were too good to be true!
