My blood is boiling at this moment. I just got off the phone with the supervisor name Cesar. Walmart had advertised $100 off myfamilymobile for purchase their phone and sign up for their service. BIG MISTAKE on my part by fell into their trap. I had given them many opportunity to fix the issue but at the end I just got frustration and deception. They don't care about customer service. They simply bunch of liars and get paid to lie to the customers.
I had signed up with them since November 2012 and I just got off the phone with the supervisor
today 3/22/2013 and still haven't see any discount. I also previously had wait 30 minutes to speak to a CSR and they both had promised me in two separate occasions that my discount will be in my next billing. First CRS said it needs to be a full cycle billing and because my other bills are not full monthly cycle, WHAT? Then the second CSR said my discount date I had missed the billing cycle. The both had swear and read the discount script to me that it WILL be in my next billing cycle in two separate month. Where is my discount as I had patiently waited? and why am I on the phone with the supervisor on the fifth month into my billing cycle with Cesar the supervisor you ask? Well, shame on me for believe those people! I'm here today to tell you to run away from them as far as you can so you don't end up with my story. Again, Cesar said they had technical issues that escalate the trouble and the inconvinence that caused today, but he again promise it will be in my NEXT billing, REALLY CESAR??? WTF There is nothing he can do for me today even he saw all those notations that those two CSR had noted and how long I been with them. NOTHING! NOTHING he can do, so I asked him exactly what is he can do as a supervisor, what is his job title? and who can help in a situation like this? NOTHING AND NOBODY can do anything about it. (point blank and period)
I am taking my business elsewhere regardless of my getting my $100 or not. They are not getting another penny out of me. I done with those incompetent idiots! I hope you are too.
