     I like many other people in today's economy do not have a lot of money.  I am disabled, so it is hard for me to find a job.  I took to the internet looking to see if there would be some legit work from home jobs. I came across Net Success LLC.  I filled in my name, email and phone number. (I figured it couldn't hurt to submit it as long as I don't put any money they won't call me.  Well I was wrong.  They did and one of their sales people, who told me he was a retired social worker, kept me on the phone for over an hour telling me to write things down and however much money I paid would sure be nothing compared to the money I would get in return.  I told him that "this all sounded all very wonderful but that you can't water out of a rock.  He was very kind, patient, reassuring....even after I told him that I had multiple sclerosis and that my daughter had diabetes and that we live on a fixed income, he told me that's just what there company is all about, helping others get back on their feet or to supplement their income.  He than asked me if had any credit cards and I told him that I did but by then this guy was my very own retired social worker.  I paid my 279.00, he put me hold looking for a deal for me, (That's when I should of hung up!) he came back on the phone and told me he was putting me into the platinum package for the price of the silver $279.00 and that I would be able to pay the company back after I started raking in a lot of money of my very own.  He even told me his very own daughter was in the business and that every time he spoke to her she would say ca ching, ca ching.  Oh boy!
     As soon as I got off the phone I got this awful feeling like "You just got scammed again" so I called my credit card company to quickly change my account number. They did.  After about 7 - 10 days Net Success told me that my web site would be ready and that my own personal coach was going to call me and show me how to get started.  The first gentlemen took me and showed me Net Success Better Business Bureau rating. It had wonderful reviews. I myself was not impressed because I was scammed once before and this "retired police officer" who also took me to the BBB too.
   Net success called me immediately when they wanted my money but then when I had to call customer service no one answered,  I was prompted to leave a message for possibly that same day but most likely the next  business day! Whoa...some customer service huh?  When I did finally speak with someone I told them I just wanted my money back and the gentlemen on the phone would not let me get a word in so I screamed over him and asked for a supervisor.  The supervisor came on and said not to worry that I should check my very own web site out and reassured me that I have thirty days to get my full refund.  I was not at all impressed with the web site it looked like an amatuer could have gotten it together.  I called yet again thinking the longer I wait or if I even so much as talked to a  coach they would not give me a full refund, saying that they built me a web site, I spoke with a coach, and no money for me....I spoke with the same gentlemen that wouldn't let me talk the first time, only this time he put me on hold and then came back and said that his supervisor said that if I want my money back I'd have to write a letter, stating the reason why.  So I wrote the damb letter and mailed it.  I haven't heard anything yet, so I called and filed a disbute with my credit card company.  They said that once they receive the disbute form they will give Net Success LLC two weeks to refund my account and if they don't then they will refund my account and go after Net Success LLC with legal proceedings.  Thank God I have a great credit card company.  This was a last straw lesson.  I will never trust "Work at Home" websites again!  It took a lot of time and work and phone calls with people who  just don't care about anything but money!
