This is a website where you put your photos, they are sold and printed by the company and a profit check is then issued to me. I have not received the last payment for the year 2010 and there was only one order for February 2011 and I have not received payment from that either. I want this website removed, I did not renew with this company , but it is still on the internet. I don't want anyone to google my name and come upon this website. I've told Carlton I want what ever money is due to me and shut the website down, remove it. That has not happened. When I call, I get the run around, I leave messages, no one calls back. I want my profit checks from 2010 and 2011 and I want the website taken down and my name and company disassociated with them. I told Jared at Printroom to send out my check with a tracking number. Called today to find out why I still have not received a profit check or the email with a tracking number as I asked. Jared didn't send it with a tracking number like I asked, he told me he was sorry , it just went out regular mail on Feb 24. Today is March 2nd and I still do not have the check.

I have tried to contact the company via email and phone. The return emails I get are an email that tells me that it has been sent to someone else in the company, I received three of these so far and it states in the email not to respond to this email. No one has contacted me via email and you can't ever get anyone on the phone, the recording just keeps playing.
