Shipped 6/17/2011 (website states 3-5business days, scooter was shipped in 2)
Received: 6/24/2011 (6business days for delivery, website states 7business days)
MCO Requested: 6/26/2011
MCO Received from manufacturer: 7/6/2011
MCO Sent: 7/8/2011
Customer contacted us in regards to not receiving MCO on 7/12/2011, which was after allowing 3business days for MCO to be in the mail. First class mail usually takes on average 5business days. After giving amble time to see if MCO would be delivered the conclusion was drawn that MCO was lost in the mail. On 7/18/2011 I had my company contact manufacturer stating title was lost in mail whom said they would gladly reprint the title. We were notified today 7/29/2011 that the MCO has been printed and was on its way to us. We will then forward it to Mr. Danillo.
Not sure what the issue is with Mr. Danillo. Just like when you purchase a new car, the title is mailed to you after it is submitted and printed on legal paper. That process takes normally 30-45days. We did this FASTER but unfortunately it was lost in the mail. Nothing my company can do about this besides correct the issue at hand. We issued a reprint, which has been accomplished and we are now just waiting to receive title and forward it to Mr. Danillo.
I own and operate an honest and upfront company. We have proof of all dates provided in the above statement. Mr. Danillo feels he does not have to wait like any other person who purchases one of our scooters -- not much we can do about that. I do not know how to prove how honest of a company we are besides with facts and taking my time as the owner to write this all out.
Upon Mr. Danillio receiving his title I will be responding to this post to notify that the issue at hand has been rectified. We will also not accept any future business from Mr. Danillo since he would like to file false claims before allowing time to resolve the issue at hand.

I bought the scooter on June 14th, how much more time do they need?
How come don't they send it as certificate mail with a tracking number or at the bare minimum request signature so this sort of thing doesn't happen?
It's such an important document that i can't think of the idea they just send it over regular mail, it also seems like the company tries to blame this on USPS or even worse, on myself, just for wanting what belongs to me , i mean really?
No matter how many replies or how much effort they are putting into this to get me my papers, no one gave me 1 single phone call to let me know whats going on, all contact has been through emails and this is when i get tired of not hearing from them after they say it's on the way,and tired of asking the mail man if he has anything for me , i still don't have it. how come a company this big doesn't have anyone to answer their phones when i try calling for an update?
The word that comes to my mind when i think of www.provenpowersports.com is : REGRET !
I should've bought it from www.myatvs.com or even better a local dealer , but no, i tried trusting people with my money and my respect, and that my friends they can't make up for....
Still waiting on my papers, maybe when it comes i can put it inside an envelope and sock drawer it , because by then its gonna be winter time here in MA.
Very disappointed!

Apparently when we mailed his title it got lost in the mail, so we issued a reprint at no charge -- something we can't control the speed of. We agreed to overnight the title upon receiving it from the manufacturer. We have been in CONSTANT contact with the customer. Anytime he contacted us we have responded the same business day. (unless it was a weekend).
This review is very misleading about our company and false information. We cannot control the U.S. mail and whether something gets lost or not. We are actively correcting the problem but it seems as if the customer think this is just no practical.
