Any of our customers will know that this is a complete fabrication, as we would never dream of treating anyone in this way, and unfortunately, this exposes the ugly side of the Internet.
We know exactly who raised this horrid report; it is a person who is presently being investigated by Trading Standards for the infringement of copyright of our images and wording, and cyber-squatting our business name, he has been on BBC Watchdog 3 times and has 12 Rip Off Reports against him. He does not display his name on his website for this very reason!
Unfortunately, these reports can be raised with no evidence and the person remains anonymous.
