I had the most stressful (and expensive) experience. Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses but unfortunately one bridesmaid gave me incorrect measurements. So I ordered another one dress, identical style and colour. It arrived in a different colour and fabric. After numerous emails with them they refused to send another free of charge claiming it wasn't their fault. Would only send another one free in the old fabric and colour if I bought another 2 new dresses from them! As the wedding date was getting closer and I needed all 3 dresses to match, I had no choice but to pay for another dress which this time they assured me would be in correct fabric. They were also pretty rude. In short, I would never recommend them to anybody and have already warned a number of friends who are getting married to steer very clear of this place.
