I purchased the time share after being lied to and thinking it was a good deal.  I questioned their practices and wanted answers to all the lies.  No responses.  I withheld payment and advised them I was not going to pay till they gave me some answers.  They repossesed the property and submitted a 1099-c to the IRS. They resold the interest in the property for its original value or more, kept my deposit and all my payments and never lost a dime. After filing my taxes with the 1099-c and staightening things with IRS they now submitted a 1099-a trying to collect on what they think I owe.  They are nothing but thieves and no not have a decent product to offer.  Save your money and you can take better vacations on your own.
