Three repair companies provided estimates that I needed repair work on the control arms and bushings of my 2001 VW Passat automobile. The same three companies REFUSED to perform the repair work because of bad payment history with Wynns Extended Warranty company. Wynns initially approved the work to be performed and relied on the estimate of a dealership that they have a good relationship with to over-rule the findings of the prior three authorized VW dealerships. In other words, the repair work was then DENIED on a covered part because the dealership informed them that a bolt (an UNCOVERED part) was the point of where the problems existed. Wynns stated that because the UNCOVERED part was stated as the initial cause of the problem (bolt), that the COVERED repair would not be authorized. I cannot have an alignment performed on my car until the bushing work is completed. In the meanwhile, I am driving a car that is unsafe and I have had to purchase several tires because of the alignment that badly needs to be performed on the car. I cannot afford to pay for the repair work nor SHOULD I pay even if I were able to pay. Why? That is where Wynns Extended warranty comes in. They have not done anything to rememdy this situation. My calls to them are responded in an unprofessional and HARSH manner. They chosed to select the dealership that they have worked with in the past and are over-looking the prior repair estimates and analysis from other reputable companies to SAVE THEMSELVES MONEY. This is highway robbery of paying consumers of this extended warranty contract that I did NOT select to have in the first place. This problem, I learned as a direct result of viewing this site, is done on a daily basis to many people. I am not surprised. I am glad there is a site to voice these concerns about companies such as this and it is my intention to file a civil-suit (or class-action suit) that will place this company in a position to honor their contracts to the consumer.

I am requesting that anyone who would like to file a class-action suit to network with me to STOP THIS ROBBERY from hard-working consumers like you and me from occuring to anyone else moving forward. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!!

Please send me a reply via this site and I will respond AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
