1 year ago i bought car from a dealeship feb of 2012 i was given wynns warranty and was told i would be covered 2-1/2 years on my motor drive train etc in 10 months of driving the car it stopped running i called the dealership which i bought the car from i had it towed to the dealership .. after the dealership telling wynns i needed the motor they said they would pay to get the top half of my motor done by re building the heads and i had to pay a 100 dollar charge my 2004 hyuandi elantra was in the shop over 1 month when i got my car back i had a death in the family and i had to drive aprox 150 miles total it was the 4th day after i got my car back on the way home from the funeral i was on a buisy expessway in the center lane and the motor blew i was nearly rear ended it was dark and i am lucky i was not killed or hurt and one else was either it was my 1st time driving the car since it was serviced by the dealership mechanic i called the dealership and i had it towed once again to the dealership they said wynns warranty refused to pay for a new motor but they would pay 961.01 and i had to pay 2,117.01 i am 60 years old and on social socurity and i cannot pay the money it is sad since i had coverage and they denied to cover the warranty on a motor saying the value of the car is not worth it my car is excellent no body damage etc yet the wynn warranty people refuse to do as in the contract and i still owe almost 6 thousand on a car i cannot get from the dealership unless i pay the 2,117.01 and i must continue making car payments on i live on very little on social securty and when i got my 1st ss check i spent all i had on a car that i bought in good faith only to be ripped off by wynns warranty i had to get a bus to get groceries i ended up with walking phemonia was given predisone which caused my blood sugar to reach 1 thousand i was in cicu 5 days which i also blame them for because if i would of had my car i would not of had to been out in the cold please help me sincererly a elderly victim of a rip off from wynns warranty er
